    Chi Practising

    Chi practice evolved thousands of years ago in China, when there was no medication; Chi is how people kept themselves healthy. Years ago, when there was a poor food supply and people had to struggle against an uncertain environment to stay alive, people kept themselves in good shape by using the healing qualities of Chi energy practice. Sometimes you have to heal your soul before you can heal your body.

    The body is like a car, with the soul as the driver. You can have a very good car, but if you have a poor driver, then very soon the car will be ruined. If you have a broken old car, or body, but are a very good driver, or soul, at least you can still run around the town.

    Chi energy practice is one way to strengthen your soul and discharge the negative energy of your soul and your body. If your body has negative energy it is like having fog in the body. You don't drive well on a foggy day and, likewise, it can feel like the blood has poor circulation when the body energy feels foggy.
