Nutrition
Within our Chinese culture most people strive to live life with a Ying/Yang
balance. The body needs a balance of Ying/Yang to maintain
harmony against negative internal and external environments. To live an optimal
happy, healthy and wealthy life, we recognise that the three elements of our
bodies, the Mind, Body and Soul, need to have balance (Ying/Yang).
- The Mind should be nurtured (fed),
exercised (stimulated by reading, study etc), and trained to relax as with
our Pure Chi meditation study
- The Body remains healthy with exercise
and stretching, and also through proper nutrition
- The Soul is spiritual and is nurtured
through our Pure Chi practice
We recognise our
body also consists of many parts. In
the body there are millions of Ying/Yang pairings. Every element, cell, organ,
and system has its own Ying/Yang. The interactions of these micro-Ying/Yang
pairings are manifested as a macro-Ying/Yang status of health.
The basic theory of Chinese medicine is based upon the regulation and balance
of Ying/Yang by using herbs, food, massage, and nutrients.
Nutrition plays an important role. We must maintain a
healthy balance intake of foods such as fruits, vegetables and protein.
Unfortunately to gain this is difficult. Many of our foods are of low nutrient
quality. The source is grown in areas with poor soil quality in terms of plant
nutrients, low quality of water (some form of pollutant exist) and certainly
not the purest form of air quality. This is true, generally, for many parts of
the world. We recognise and strive to supplement our nutrition intake with some
form of dietary supplements (i.e. vitamins). Many supplements are of low
quality or contain questionable ingredients to provide the best results.
I have found my
source of nutrition. The product I have came across, which provides extremely
impressive results is Morinda Citrifolia also known as Noni. The Noni
product we use is known as TAHITIAN NONIŽ juice and is processed and sold by Tahitian
Noni International. When I work with Pure Chi energy and Noni, I found my
healing power and meditation improved. This noni juice is something I have been
searching for years for my students, my clients and myself.
This noni plant is
grown in the Polynesian islands, specifically in Tahiti. The tropical noni
plant grown in Tahiti has been recommended as the best source of noni because
the air is clean, the water is pure, and the soil is rich in abundant
micronutrients.
